1. Become an AMA Member
A valid AMA membership is required to race at any TSXCS event. AMA memberships can be purchased online at https://americanmotorcyclist.com/ama-event-membership-form?promoterCode=TRICCS
*You cannot join TSXCS without an AMA Membership. If you already have a valid AMA membership, proceed to Step 2.
2. Create a LiveLaps Account
Before you can race you MUST have a Live Laps account. These must be created before coming to a TSXCS event. You cannot sign up without a LiveLaps account.
If the racer is under the age of 18, the LiveLaps account must be created under your parent or legal guardians name. Later, you can add any minor racer under your account. This will enable you to sign all applicable waivers for the minor.
3. Purchase a TSXCS Membership
To register for a TSXCS event, you must hold a valid TSXCS Membership. Membership pricing can be viewed here: https://tsxcs.com/fees/
Simply click “Membership Registration” in the “Registration” box to purchase your TSXCS Membership within your LiveLaps account.
*You must add your minor racer first before you can purchase their TSXCS membership. This is simply done by clicking “Add Racer” in the Racers box directly under Registration on the dashboard.
4. Add your bike to your LiveLaps account
Add your bike simply by clicking “Vehicles” in the Profile box. This is important if you’re racing for contingency! If you’re bike is not added, your contingency will not be paid out.
5. Register To Race
The hard work is done! You are now ready to race. Simply click “Event Registration” in the Registration box on the dashboard to sign up for any upcoming TSXCS races. After signing up, simply arrive at the event on race day, bring your helmet to the TSXCS Registration trailer for check-in, and you’re ready to race!
Pre-Race Checklist:
- Live Laps Account: You must have an active Live Laps account before you can enter to race any TSXCS event.

2. Active TSXCS Membership: This is purchased within your Live Laps account. There is a single day and annual membership option available for purchase.
3. AMA Membership: To race a TSXCS race or any other AMA sanctioned event you must hold an active AMA membership. To obtain an AMA membership please visit: https://americanmotorcyclist.com/ama-event-membership-form?promoterCode=TRICCS
*AMA Membership is NOT required for Strider or Stacyc Racers
4. AMA Annual Release Card: To avoid having to fill out an AMA release at every event, you can file one electronically with the AMA. Once processed, AMA will send you a digital release card to present on race day rather than having to fill out the form. 5. Event Pre-Registration: To avoid BUSY race day sign up lines we encourage you to pre-register for any event you plan to race. Pre-registering will grant you access to our “Fast Lane” on race day, the “Fast Lane” is a simple check in line to let us know that you have arrived. Please bring your helmet to the “Fast Lane” so we can check to make sure your transponder is active for the race!
6. Early Race Day Arrival: Our race day registration trailer is NOT open all day. Arriving early to the event is critical to ensure you’re properly checked in and your transponder is working. The registration trailer is open Saturday from 8am until 10am & 12:30pm-4:00pm and Sunday from 8:00am-10:30am. *If you arrive after registration has closed, you will not be refunded or allowed to enter the race.
